That figures. I just bought hosting a couple of hours ago from a different hosting company. I'll just stay with them. My account has already been disabled for nonpayment, anyway, but I didn't even receive any nag messages throughout the month of December to renew as I usually do. And two tickets I sent them in the last two weeks went unanswered. If they're going to leave everyone twisting in the wind for that length of time with no explanations, I'm just going to find someone else who is more responsible for my hosting.

Well, at least I know it's probably not just related to my acct and it's more of a "global" issue with the hosting being down.

I had been receiving daily emails in my account for a while now about my account being over quota and that it could be suspended. I did email freepgs back about it but heard nothing in regards to it. I also checked in my account to see if I had any strange files that were in there. That has happened before so I thought maybe that was the case. I found nothing there, so I just assumed the daily messages were just an error bc I was receiving those emails for months and the account was never suspended until today. I did check my subscriptions via the plesk login and one of them has 2GB used out of the 1GB allotted. It says that I'm over the quota, but again...I was never able to find anything previously anywhere in my account where suspicious files had been uploaded. I can't research it now anyway, since the account is suspended (either for just me or all of us) and I can't login via FTP and the plesk panel won't let me access anything but the subscription names and nothing else.

I receive all of my email via gmail but I do have some of my email forwarded from my websites held on freepgs to my gmail acct. I noticed this morning I didn't receive but about three emails, which I thought was odd bc I typically receive around 15-20 emails overnight. Now I know why...

I am not on the EU server but I had no idea until today that was being implemented (when I found it in the forum here). I received no emails concerning it. I am on the east server, so I'm not sure if I was supposed to migrate to the EU server or not.

Has anyone heard from administration? Usually we have until the end of December to pay for the next year's hosting. I typically receive emails every day in December of each year about renewing the hosting but I have not received any. I didn't even think about it until now when I realized my email from the hosting was down, so I went to my sites to determine if my accounts may have been disabled for nonpayment. I receive the following message when accessing my sites, so I'm guessing my account hasn't been disabled?

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Apache Server at Port 80

My account has been suspended. I received no email about the east server being disabled. This is the first time I have seen this...

None of the domains on my acct are functioning. I am receiving the Web Server Default Page on all of my domains, which include the following text:

Web Server's Default Page

This page is generated by Parallels Plesk Panel, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.

You can do the following:
Create domains and set up Web hosting using Parallels Plesk Panel.



I am on the east server. I am still able to login to my acct, however at:

I am currently experiencing issues with sending email on my acct. I discovered this after I attempted to send myself a copy of an email  (using the same email address), and I received a bounce back message. This has never happened before in the past when I have forwarded myself an email. I have now noted that whenever I send emails to other address with that same "from" email address, those emails do not arrive to the recipients, either. Sometimes I receive a bounce back message, which is the following:

I am able to receive email as usual on all domains (in the same plesk acct). The error seems to only affect one particular domain in my acct (qezradio.com); the other domains can send/receive email as usual.

I usually use an email program to send out my email, so I opened the webmail for the domain above to see if the same problems occurred there as well. I noticed that it was using atmail rather than horde, as all the other domains in my acct are using (and have used in the past).

I am having a problem with receiving email on one of the domains in my acct. My other email accts on my other domains are working fine...it only affects one particular domain. I am on Plesk5.

Do we need to request to have the PHP portion of our account to be activated? If so, do we need to request this for all of our individual subscriptions?

Aren't we allowed 6 domains per acct? I already have 6 subscriptions in my account. Wouldn't I be over the limit by requesting an additional subscription on my acct if I already have 6? Or are the 6 subscriptions just under one "domain name"?  ???

Is there any way I can revert back to the cpanel from before? This new version is confusing and it's very difficult to navigate. I have tried adding a domain in my acct, and for whatever reason, it winds up getting added under another existing domain in my acct, rather than just adding it as a "standalone" domain. I have 5 domains in my acct. The last one makes six, and I received an email after I added the domain stating that I'm "over the limit". I have another acct which I use separately and only has one domain in it, and it won't let me add any domains at all in there, either.

Does anyone know why the mail forwarding has not been functional since yesterday morning? I'm not receiving any mail that's supposed to be forwarded to my gmail acct. Sites are still working, and everything else seems to be up and running correctly.

I'm not really sure of the procedure to enable the mail function since the migration to plesk, but in the past, one would have to request that it be done. Contact support and let them know you want to enable it.

I'm still having problems with email. The email accounts which just have a mailbox are working fine, but the accounts which use a redirect are still not working. I even tried changing the forwarding email address to see if those emails were being blocked, but I sent more test emails, and the email is still not redirecting.
