Anyone else besides me find this to be an outrageous crock?
This has got to be the greatest scam I have seen on the internet!
Advertise hosting as a "onetime fee", then you later on dump all the sites to a new server/system and give people you collected $ from a deadline to transfer or they lose not only information, but actual hosting. THEN when they think all is OK again, surprise them with an email that basically says "We lied, we want more $, pay or we'll renege on our contract with you".
Truly a sad sad situation!!
Edit: best part is if you write a complaint support ticket about it they will mark you "DENY RENEWAL"
