Hi,
My website (www.goosesoft.co.uk) has extremely slow load times, up to 20 seconds from here in the UK. Is the server heavily loaded at the moment, or is it just my site or location? My account is on the Plesk server.

Ah. They were correct, the nameservers were PLSK1.LVCS.NET and PLSK2.LVCS.NET about a month ago. I think 123-Reg changed something so it defaulted to their nameservers.

I can't access my site through the domain (www.starmakers.org.uk) for some reason. My account is on the Plesk server. Would it be possible for you to tell me what's wrong?
