Hi all,

Been an eternity since I posted here (5 years!?), and I'm trying at long last to get my freepgs / plesk account in order.  Firstly, is there a method for me to remove unused subscriptions on my account?  I'm trying to scale down the total disk space used, and think these subs are filling up server space.

little bit of an obvious one to overlook with installing joomla components is ... sometimes forgetting to check if the actual zip file your uploading is infact 2 smaller zips.  Say a mod & a com ?  I'm not taking the micky, i myself in varying states of drunkaness have forgotten to check that out!

just out of interest, does the original version point to the same location as the previous mambo install?

once moved, you will then have to edit the configuration.php and change the entry for

$mosConfig_live_site = 'http://www.toxicorange.co.uk/hire';; to the new folder manually (10th line)

as you cannot do so from the admin panel.

I have too recently installed mambo and the stable version og xoom.  It comes preinstalled with the "4 = GD2 library auto-detected: bundled (2.0.28 compatible)" library and it worked without a hitch,  you are probably getting error messages reported.  As the good folks in admin advised, confirm using gd2, and switch off error reporting from your freepgs system.  Voila!
