Title: PLESK Mail

I was just wondering if the Plesk Servers mail boxes were compatible with IMAP? (I don't know much about this, but ..). I Understand that POP3 deletes the email from the online mailbox once it's been downloaded, but IMAP does not? (Both online and offline copies)

It depends on the settings of your mail client. You can set most clients to leave the messages on the server.

IMAP is supported by the Plesk server.  Please keep in mind that stored mail will be on the server on not in your mail client unless you setup some type of local folder.
