There is a possibility that we will allow new signups into the service after we complete the migration of all accounts to the new servers (once the older Plesk5 and Plesk6 servers are taken down).
If we allow this option, new users will be able to signup at the $10/year rate. There will be new rules on these new signups when it comes to performance to hopefully prevent a single user from using 90% of the resources of the server(s).
At this time, we will also check space quotas for existing users. Nearly every user still on FreePgs has been so for at least 6 years (because we haven't offered signup in the last 6 years).
