Plesk7 will be shut down today, all users were migrated to the "West" server a few weeks ago.
Plesk4 will be shut down in the very near future. No active accounts are housed on Plesk4, just old data files from the failed system. It has been a couple of weeks since anyone has requested files, so we will shut down that server within the next few days as well.
We have copied the vhost and database (MyISAM) files for all users that have not requested migration to the west server so they will be available once the Plesk4 server is removed from service. The server will be taken down within the next 24 hours or less.
This will allow us to serve straggler requests for files to be restored or sites to be recreated.
