We are aware of the downtime on the West server, it is caused by the migration manager moving accounts from Plesk7. It has a bug on this version of CentOS/Plesk that causes issues each time the process has completed.
The server should be down less than an hour while we wait for a hard boot.
The server is back online.
We pushed another batch of accounts causing the same behavior, the server is currently down but should be back in less than an hour.
Everything should be back up and running now. It may go down a few more times as we migrate the remainder of accounts over.
We are working on getting the remaining accounts migrated, so there will be some downtime today.
Migration has completed for accounts on the Plesk7 server.
