The script I was using seems to have created files in these folders by owner apache. I can't delete either of these folders now. folders are /ib and /s on my mikejc2004.ath.cx domain. The file manager in plesk returns the same error as ftp saying permission is denied. Account is mikejc2004.ath.cx
Also, where is the folder to delete mail. I have mail form 3-4 years ago that have already been backed up so I don't need them hanging around.

Mail is stored in a different area, if you want to remove old messages, you can use a mail client (or the web-based mailer). You can also remove the email account and recreate it (this will remove old mail), if that is what you are trying to do.
