i always get the "failed to connect" on my site on plesk i wished it would be fixed.

What URL are you attempting to connect to?

If your firewall/proxy does not allow or properly route port 8443, you will not be able to view the page. This is the case for some school and corporate firewalls in use. Depending on the server, you may be able to connect without the :8443 portion in the URL.
