Hi, I'd like to know if I can have different domains assigned to different folders.

Example:
www.forum.com - juniordesign.freepgs.com/forum
www.food.com - juniordesign.freepgs.com/food

Or should I just register different accounts to each domain?

And how do I setup/use subdomains? like forum.juniordesign.com??

You can set up two subdomains per account to folders on that account.
Just send it through the contact form.
