Where have the admins gone? I put a request in and it hasnt been answered yet. What is the standard wait period when using the contact form?
Most of the time I get answered in about 24 hours.
From what I can tell, your contact form has already been answered. I'm reading this post less than 24 hours from the time of posting too.
We do this as free time, so we can't devote 8 hour days here everyday. We do try and get everything dealt with within 24 hours though.
I do expect 24 hours, And I expect nothing less. For what I have paid for service here to me the tech support is faster than most other sites charging monthly. I will say freepgs kicks the rest in the a@@, and once the new service starts I will be right behind freepgs supporting them and upgrading :)
