I am having issues uploading both via FTP and using PHPMyAdmin.
The FTP connection starts to run correctly but after a few minutes of transfering it says reset by server, disconnected and aborts my transfers.
In phpmyadmin I am un able to upload a .sql file in either firefox or IE. The file is only 500k and it times out.

This is most likely caused by your ISP and/or any firewall/proxy applications you may be running.
