I have a Freepgs account and bought a domain name. What else do I need to do for plesk? (sorry if this sounds stupid)
I didn't think that freepgs accounts came with plesk? Maybe you had the administrator set you up an account on the old server if thats what you meant...

What I do to access my account is enter my domain name eg "domain.com" for user and the nenter my password.
If this does not work for you than you do not have Plesk capabilities. You may be able to gain access to the system if you contact Ed the Administrator and ask him to configure your account for it.
