What are the current nameservers?
I've seen different information on various posts. Some say PLSK5.LVCS.NET and PLSK6.LVCS.NET others say PLSK1.LVCS.NET and PLSK2.LVCS.NET.

Here is what I got:
If you login via plesk4.lvcs.net:8443 then your nameserver should be
PLSK5.LVCS.NET
PLSK6.LVCS.NET
If you login via plesk.lvcs.net:8443 then your nameserver should be
PLSK1.LVCS.NET
PLSK2.LVCS.NET
Maybe someone from the staff or the admin should post the topic about the nameservers and sticky it.
There are other stickies that include the nameservers, but they don't distinguish which user plesk server they pertain to. Assuming the info you provided is correct, then you have just made everything clear and succinct.
