hello i have been trying to add a domain name but every time i go to my urls i do not see it in there can someone help me

You'll need to use the contact form from within your account, then an admin will add it for you. (There's actually a specific place to request that it gets added, but replies to that will show in your previous contacts, so you might want to check there first to be sure that you haven't already received a reply...)
