Title: How to stop people from accessing files list

Is there anyway from stopping people from viewing all the individual files stored on my site.

Assuming you just mean stop the directory listing, upload a blank file named index.html

Yeah in the options panel under Set "Scripting Options" set "Dir Indexes" to disable.
