Send a contact request via the options panel.
Keep in mind that freepgs can only get you a catchall, they don't offer their own Email service.

Free email forwarding, or uucp hosting.
If you don't want to do the uucp hosting, just make a new gmail account and forward there. There's a way to send messages from gmail that look like they're from your domain account.
It all just requires an MX record pointing at their server.
