I am trying to ftp my web site files and am getting the following error:

Error listing directory /httpdocs

Could not retrieve directory listing
Illegal PORT command

Here is a log of the connection process

I am using WinSCP 4.16, any ideas?

It seems you are connecting to another port from the default FTP port, you should check the configurations of your FTP client or try another FTP client.

Edit:
As what I found out, WinSCP clients are having problems connecting to FTP. So, you should better try other FTP clients.

It is connecting on port 21. Any suggestions on other free portable ftp programs?
