None of the domains on my acct are functioning. I am receiving the Web Server Default Page on all of my domains, which include the following text:

Web Server's Default Page

This page is generated by Parallels Plesk Panel, the leading hosting automation software. You see this page because there is no Web site at this address.

You can do the following:
Create domains and set up Web hosting using Parallels Plesk Panel.

I am on the east server. I am still able to login to my acct, however at:

Support Requests / problems with email
March 03, 2013, 07:23:44 PM
I am currently experiencing issues with sending email on my acct. I discovered this after I attempted to send myself a copy of an email  (using the same email address), and I received a bounce back message. This has never happened before in the past when I have forwarded myself an email. I have now noted that whenever I send emails to other address with that same "from" email address, those emails do not arrive to the recipients, either. Sometimes I receive a bounce back message, which is the following:

Permanent Failure:554 REPLY: 554_mail_server_permanently_rejected_message_(#5.3.0)
Delivery last attempted at Sun,  3 Mar 2013 18:47:04 -0000

Final-Recipient: rfc822; Action: failed
Status: 5.1.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; (Permanent Failure: Other address status)
Last-Attempt-Date: Sun,  3 Mar 2013 18:47:04 -0000

I am able to receive email as usual on all domains (in the same plesk acct). The error seems to only affect one particular domain in my acct (qezradio.com); the other domains can send/receive email as usual.

I usually use an email program to send out my email, so I opened the webmail for the domain above to see if the same problems occurred there as well. I noticed that it was using atmail rather than horde, as all the other domains in my acct are using (and have used in the past).

Support Requests / PHP

Do we need to request to have the PHP portion of our account to be activated? If so, do we need to request this for all of our individual subscriptions?

Support Requests / cpanel
March 21, 2011, 06:24:33 PM
Is there any way I can revert back to the cpanel from before? This new version is confusing and it's very difficult to navigate. I have tried adding a domain in my acct, and for whatever reason, it winds up getting added under another existing domain in my acct, rather than just adding it as a "standalone" domain. I have 5 domains in my acct. The last one makes six, and I received an email after I added the domain stating that I'm "over the limit". I have another acct which I use separately and only has one domain in it, and it won't let me add any domains at all in there, either.

Support Requests / Mail forwarding
May 09, 2010, 04:49:52 PM
Does anyone know why the mail forwarding has not been functional since yesterday morning? I'm not receiving any mail that's supposed to be forwarded to my gmail acct. Sites are still working, and everything else seems to be up and running correctly.

Support Requests / not getting email..again
January 27, 2009, 09:51:58 PM
Does anyone know what is up with the email? I'm having some of my email forwarded to another email account, and others which actually have a mailbox. I haven't received any email since early this morning, so I sent several test emails out, and only two of them showed up (one of those took nearly 15 mins to show up). I can understand the email going down from time to time, but this problem is happening now 2 or 3 times a wk, where my email just stops working for several hours at a time, and then when it resumes, of course, all the mail sent during that time is lost.

Support Requests / issues with email
December 13, 2008, 04:00:39 PM
Anyone else having issues with their email on their accounts? The last few days I've had several emails which were sent but never showed up. I've sent test emails and they'll go through, but then a few minutes later, I'll send another one or two emails and they'll never show up. About an hour or so later, the mail starts flowing in again. Sort of an intermittent problem it seems...

received the following message this morning via email:

Limit has been exceeded on domain 'passtheword.net' owned by client 'passtheword' (Contact name '07976: passtheword'):
Disk space usage: 50.65 M
Disk space limit: 50.00 M
Traffic: 75.62 M
Traffic limit: unlimited

I cannot be anywhere near having 50MB on my account, maybe 3 or 4 MB. I haven't even added files there in probably six months or more. Anyone else receiving this type of message?

Support Requests / email
February 26, 2008, 06:16:11 AM
Anyone else having problems receiving email on plesk? I've had several emails I should have received during the last few hours but never did get them. I have 10 email addresses I've set up, some of them redirect to different email accounts (gmail and fastmail). I've sent out several test emails to both accounts; it's been 20 minutes and none of them have arrived in either account. ???

Support Requests / separate email hosting

Since freepgs doesn't offer any kind of email hosting, is it possible to host my domain on freepgs, and have the email hosted elsewhere?
