Well, it should be /fpgs/fpgshttpd/username/"your stuff here"

Did you edit the htaccess file? Do you still have FTP access?

Enable "Dir Indexes"

I think if you exceed your bandwidth limit, your website just doesn't work, and gives a "user exceeded bandwidth limit" error, I think..

Send a contact form asking for the domain to be added, then point the domain to Freepgs' nameservers.

A drive on the MySQL server failed, so it's down until the drive is replaced (should be today) afaik. if you send a contact form to the them, they can move you onto the localhost server, iirc.

A drive was failing so they removed it until they get a new one on friday, so they might have backed it all up, and you'll just have to wait. Wait for tech support to confirm this though, cause I might be wrong.

Yup. I think it was down shortly on friday. It disconnected, then reconnected like 5 minutes later. Then it happened again later, same thing. It's fine now.

When you log in, there should be an option to remember you, so you don't have to enter your password and username in each time.

Uh, you have to sent a contact form to support asking them to setup a sub domain for you, I think.
