Site not showing as a url

Do any of you have a problem where the new site names don't show up as a url?  In forums when I post my url it won't take cause it says it's not a real site url and in tag boards the url won't link.  I hope this question makes sense.  My url is http://phoenix_tpp.freepgs.com
Has anyone else had this type of problem?  I have tried to add the www in front of it but it won't work.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks:)

Thanks sorry for the double post.  Admin at freepgs.com added www infront of my url and cleared up the problem.  You can lock or delete this post if you wish.
