Title: Quick question in hopes of a simple answer..

My website 21stcenturydoctorwho.com is hosted on the Plesk server... i logged onto my site today to find that i get a 404 error.. so i came to the forums only to find out about all this "subdomain" stuff, i log into my freepgs account which has the username doctorwho2005 only to find that the 21stcenturydoctorwho.com URL is no longer listed...

is my problem simple, in that if i add the URL to my account again my website will be back up and running??

The FreePgs and Plesk servers are completely separate.

The Plesk server software is currently being upgraded.  Once this is done, the system will be restarted and checked.

(Most likely Plesk failed to rebuild the config file properly during some change by a user)

Your site should be back up.  Plesk finished the upgrade process.
