If Plesk5 was "up"graded back to plesk 9.x that would be pretty sweet... =P

Unfortunately, that is not possible with Plesk, otherwise it would have been done.

If possible, I hope the server network speed can be faster, but i am not sure, becoz most of my visitors are from Asia,  the server is in US, may be it cannot be helped. thanks!

Be sure your sites are on Plesk4 or West1 if most of your visitors are from Asia.

The systems do not perform as well as the other servers, but you should see better connectivity to those machines from Asia.
