I don't know exactly what happened to have us move over to the plesk stuff, and i don't wanna know.

i just want to know why my forum is down.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
   
   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

   What you can try:
     Diagnose Connection Problems 


When i called LVCS for support, they told me i don't exsist....WHAT????

GAWD.

I have moved sucessfully to the plesk, sat up a php board, database ..... have over a hundred users and now today it's not showing......i went in the admin of the plesk and it says its "online". All the users are emailing me and asking me why...

I'm having the same problem.

I REALLY hope it's fixed soon.

I'm guessing the DNS servers have died again, my orbital-one.co.uk is dead too. I can login to the FTP by using the DNS IP and my login details, but not via any URL.

That would be correct, Plesk killed the nameserver again (PLSK1.LVCS.NET/PLSK2.LVCS.NET only, the other machines were running fine)

For users on the first server, you can add a third nameserver to your domain name (via your registrar)

ns01.backupdns.com

Once you have added this to your domain, please use the "Help Desk" link within Plesk to request us to add your domain to this server.

This means your domain would be pointed to

PLSK1.LVCS.NET
PLSK2.LVCS.NET
NS01.BACKUPDNS.COM

**This is only for users that login to Plesk using https://plesk.lvcs.net:8443/ and that have their domain pointed to PLSK1.LVCS.NET/PLSK2.LVCS.NET
